    This is an excellant book, if you dont have the ability to sell naturally.The tips given really make you realise where you have or could go wrong.

    Didn't help me. I am not sure you can learn selling. You've either got that confidence or not. Could be wrong but I did not find it helpful.

    I can't really understand much about this book but it's quite deep and meaningful and I always find I keep coming back to it
